As many people across the county start to return to work, vulnerable friends, relatives and neighbours could find themselves with limited or no support.
But Nottinghamshire County Council said it is still there to help.
“We know there are people in Nottinghamshire who are continuing to self-isolate, or who need help,” it said. “Our Community Hub is still open and offering help in accessing food, medicines and other daily tasks, or just for those who need someone to talk to.”
