For the first time last year, Beaumond House Community Hospice, Newark, ran a spring raffle with a cash prize, which raised more than £10,000.
Now the fundraiser is returning with the chance to win a cash prize of £500.
The hospice said money raise would allow it to continue to deliver the best care and support to local people who need it at one of the most difficult times of their lives.
Beaumond House has four in-patient beds for people with palliative care needs. It provides therapeutic activities in Day Therapy and a Hospice at Home service, providing compassionate support to the community.
It costs around £1.3m every year to run Beaumond House. The hospice receives around £500,000 of this from the Clinical Commissioning Group (NHS), the rest of the funds need to come from the support of local people.
Tickets can be purchased from Beaumond House reception on 32 London Road, Newark, as well as the hospice’s charity shops in Newark, Southwell and Collingham.
