The new Welcome Break service area in Newark welcomed guests to an official opening event.

Visitors were able to get up close to an F1 car, children had their faces painted, and the Town Mayor of Newark,
Coun Laurence Goff, unveiled a plaque to mark the day. Laurence is pictured (left) with other guests.

Brands that can be found at Welcome Break Newark include Starbucks drive-thru, Burger King drive-thru, Pret, Greggs, and a Budgens convenience store.
