Young people aged 12 to 18 who want to learn valuable life skills, are willing to try new things, want to make new groups of friends, and are up for a challenge are being urged to consider joining the Notts Army Cadet force.

It has training weekends that include navigation expeditions, adventure training, and training with weapons.

Parade nights are on Wednesdays, from 7pm to 9pm, at ACF Centre, Sherwood Avenue, Newark.
