Housebuilder launches key workers scheme at Newark development

Posted onPosted on 3rd Jan

Regional housebuilder Allison Homes is launching a key workers scheme at its Kings Meadow development in Fernwood, Newark, helping those who work in the public sector to get a step onto or move up the property ladder.

The key workers scheme is available to members of the Blue Light Card or Defence Discount Service, including those in the NHS, Police, Fire Service, Social Care and Armed Forces, and offers a £500 contribution for every £25,000 spent on a new Allison home. As an added extra, homebuyers will also receive free flooring throughout.

Located on Great North Road, Kings Meadow is a development of three, four and five bedroom homes.

Kelly Toms, sales and marketing dDirector at Allison Homes East, said: “We are very proud to be offering this scheme to key workers in Newark, helping to ease the financial pressure of purchasing a brand new home.

“At Allison Homes, we strive to support those in the local community wherever we can, and are looking forward to helping those in the public sector. We would urge anyone who is interested to get in touch with our sales team to find out more.”

By reserving a new build Allison home, buyers will also benefit from an average saving of £135 a month on their energy bills, amounting to more than £1,600 a year, as announced in a report from the Home Builders Federation (HBF).
