Phil Kelly, founder and owner of Newark-based Pro-Noctis Human Performance, has been named Best Human Performance Training Business Owner in the UK.

The recognition comes from the SME News’ Managing Director of the Year Awards. The awards focus on those at the forefront of businesses, and those who have shown true excellence in leadership, commitment, and determination.

Phil’s expertise, commitment to human performance, and his innovative and bespoke approach to training were commended by the awards panel, as well as his level of impact within organisations and sports teams.

Providing a wide range of coaching, mentoring and leadership training to businesses and individuals across the country, Pro-Noctis works with clients and organisations who are striving to create the most productive and engaged working environment possible.

“Winning this award is an incredible honour; it’s an achievement for both myself and the rest of the Pro-Noctis team. I see it as a testament to having a great group of people to lead,” said Phil. “From the very beginning, Pro-Noctis has always embraced the human aspects of human performance.”
