The Newark and Sherwood News Journal sponsored the latest Newark Business Club meeting and explained to members how we are determined to showcase all that is god about the region – and spread some positivity.

Following the first breakout session, a range of local professionals featured in a panel debate on tourism, including Richard Huthwaite, NSDC tourism business manager; Jennifer Spencer, board member and trustee for Buxton Crescent & Spa Heritage Trust, New Art Exchange and National Justice Museum; Annette Thornley, Marketing NG, business development manager; Howard Heely, Newark Air Museum trustee; and Keith Quenault, owner of The Ferry, North Muskham.

Kenneth Bamford, Lincolnshire senior adviser from ACAS, delivered the final presentation.
