The charity Royal Voluntary Service is holding a fundraising virtual Big Quiz from Monday 16th to Sunday, 22nd November.
The charity has out together a Big Quiz pack to help people host the event.
It includes:
•Big Quiz how to guide
•Question & answer sheets (including three themed quizzes)
•Thank you certificate
•Tips and advice to host your quiz online
Once people have signed up they will receive everything they need for their quiz by email.
A spokesman said: “Your support will help us minimise the impact of Covid-19 on our most vulnerable and ensure that as we approach the winter months, we are able to ease the pressure off our beloved NHS.
“Our volunteers are working tirelessly providing support through companionship and wellbeing calls, prescription pick-ups and helping people to attend GP and hospital appointments.
“With your help we can give thousands of older and vulnerable people the support they desperately need to get through this extremely difficult time.”
