Businesses in Ollerton are encouraged to complete a survey to help Newark and Sherwood District Council know what support they feel would help them to thrive.
The survey forms part of the Ollerton town centre health check and the work the council is undertaking to support the regeneration of Ollerton.
The survey will take two to five minutes to complete, and the deadline is Friday, 31st March 2023. The survey can be accessed here: https://www.surveymonkey.co.
In addition, visitors to the town centre are also being asked to take part in a similar survey to assess how Ollerton is seen by those who use it. The town centre users survey can be accessed here: https://www.surveymonkey.co.
Other areas the town centre health check will look at include parking and footfall numbers.
People and Places Insight, an independent research organisation that offers guidance to town centres across the United Kingdom, including their nationally acclaimed Town Benchmarking system, have been commissioned to oversee the delivery of the survey.
The Ollerton town centre health check is being funded through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
Matt Lamb, director of Regeneration and Growth at Newark and Sherwood, said: “This is fantastic opportunity for businesses in Ollerton to provide feedback on what is currently working in the town and the challenges businesses face.”
