Estate agent Gascoines is to launch a new housing development in Southwell following the completion of a show home.
The estate agent is joint agent with Pygott & Crone to market The Rise, a development comprising of 38 homes located in the minster town. The traditional, design led homes are being delivered by partners nmcn plc and Stagfield Group.
The development, which officially launches on Friday, 14th August to Sunday, 16th August, will consist of two and three bedroom homes and apartments in a variety of styles. Some of the homes will also be available through Help to Buy and part exchange schemes.

Gascoines will also be operating a booking only system for those who would like to attend the launch, between 10am-2pm. There will be complimentary refreshments and a tour of the three-bedroom show home.

A number of homes will be released from Friday, 14th August and will be made available to purchase off-plan. The scheme also includes seven apartments with dedicated outdoor spaces.
