Estate agent Gascoines has launched a new housing development in Southwell following the completion of a show home.
The estate agent is acting as joint agent with Pygott & Crone to market The Rise, a development comprising 38 homes. The traditional, design led homes are being delivered by partners nmcn plc and Stagfield Group.
The development will consist of two and three bedroom homes and apartments in a variety of styles. Some of the homes will also be available through Help to Buy and Part Exchange schemes.
