Independent estate agency Walters Property is expanding into Newark and Nottinghamshire with the launch of Walters Newark on 1st June.
Covering the NG22, NG23, NG24, and NG25 postcode areas, the new branch will serve Newark and its surrounding villages.
Leading the expansion is Emma Battersby, a property professional with more than 25 years of experience in residential sales, lettings, operations, and business transformation. Emma has previously held senior roles at major UK property firms, including Countrywide, Lomond Capital, Leaders Romans Group, and McCarthy Stone.
