Family estate agent Gascoines won the Gold Award for its property expertise in Southwell at the British Property Awards 2025 — following success in 2021 and 2024.
The British Property Awards monitor agents on a town-by-town basis, with extensive judging through mystery shoppers and independently assessing estate agents against 25 criteria.

Gascoines will now be entered into the British Property’s regional and national awards.
