Residents from Edgingley Lodge care home in Edgingley went sailing on a riverside cruise.

The event on Newark Crusader, organised by the team at the home, started at Farndon Marina and went along the River Trent, taking a scenic route past Newark Castle and passing through Newark Locks.

Residents also enjoyed a picnic lunch, provided by the home’s hospitality team, finished off with ice cream.
